I decree and declare that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, consecrated for His glory, strength, and service (1 Cor. 6:19–20).
I declare that I will not be mastered by unhealthy appetites or fall into gluttony, for the Word of God says, “Put a knife to your throat if you are given to gluttony” (Prov. 23:2).
I reject every form of excess, addiction, and indulgence that weakens my health and shortens my life.
I decree that I walk in self-control, discipline, and wisdom in what I eat and drink.
I will not live to eat, but I will eat to live and glorify God with my body.
I declare that I will adapt to good and Godly eating habits.
I will eat wholesome, nourishing foods that the Lord has created for my healing and strength, for “every green plant and every seed-bearing plant was given for food” (Gen. 1:29).
I decree that the foods I eat bring health, renewal, and balance to my body, restoring strength to my bones, vitality to my blood, and energy to my days.
My appetite is aligned with heaven, and I crave what is pure, healthy, and beneficial.
I declare that I walk in divine health, for it is written, “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers” (3 John 1:2).
I decree that no sickness, weakness, or disease will cut short my days.
The joy of the Lord is my strength, and my body is filled with His vitality and life.
I declare that I prosper physically; healthy, strong, disciplined, and fully equipped to fulfill my kingdom assignment.
