In the Name of Jesus Christ, we decree over ourselves and our ministry:
We are established as a TRUSTWORTHY foundation, steadfast and faithful in all God entrusts to us (Numbers 12:7; Nehemiah 7:2).
What we begin, we will COMPLETE with excellence, finishing with strength and perseverance, just as the Apostle Paul did (Acts 20:24; Colossians 4:17).
We will walk in SELF-DISCIPLINE, overcoming every desire that threatens our divine assignment (Genesis 25:29-33; 1 Samuel 12:3-4).
We will act PROMPTLY, responding quickly to God’s voice and to the needs of His people (1 Kings 19:19-21; Acts 8:36-38).
We fully OWN our OBLIGATIONS, accountable to God and others, faithfully managing all responsibilities given to us (Acts 14:25-28).
We will NOT SHIFT our responsibilities to others but will courageously lead and carry out our calling together (1 Samuel 19:5; Judges 12:1-3).
We will serve with compassionate hearts, like the Good Samaritan, offering practical and loving help daily (Luke 10:33-35).
We will be SPIRITUALLY AUTONOMOUS, moving forward diligently and wisely without waiting on others (Acts 11:19-21; Colossians 1:7-8).
We will humbly ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY when we err, repent sincerely, and restore what is broken (2 Samuel 12:7-13).
We will remain LOYAL, unwavering and stable in our commitment to God and His people (1 Chronicles 12:38).
We will EMBRACE godly advisors and surround ourselves with wise, responsible people who sharpen and encourage us (Psalm 119:63; Hebrews 10:24-25).
This is the mantle of responsibility the Lord entrusts to us—may we walk in it boldly, faithfully, and with integrity.
